I have been trying to lose weight for 2 years and have had no luck I've committed to everything could possibly think of to the point where I even tried diet pills. I've maintained the same weight for 4 years and I honestly don't know what to do anymore. I weigh 179 and my goal weight is 125 and I'm 4'11. Is there anything you can recommend or something that you can think of to help me?

First of all I would recommend to set up a doctors appointment ASAP and get your thyroid checked! You could have an outstanding health condition that is holding you back.

Or it could be the means in which you’re going about to try to lose weight. Diet pills and such are scams. Diets themselves are scams. It’s about creating a healthy lifestyle – never starving or restricting yourself – and allowing yourself treats in moderation :) That is what I fully support with my ebooks like my One Month Makeover. ♥️ That is the ebook, plus the Booty Blaster that I would recommend for you to start! You can totally ease yourself into it as well, you never have to go full force when first starting out

Definitely get a check up first though! Let me know how it goes :)
